3.Expose to less outdoor activities

Adverse weather conditions also should not be overlooked, which is why it is reasonable that you should restrict your outdoor activity according to the weather conditions i.e., when it is too cold/hot. Deliberate and extreme exposure to hot temperatures may cause a condition like heat exhaustion, dehydration or hypothermia. Carefully plan your day at a time when it is cooler such as early in the morning or even in the evening.

Equally, avoid overexposure in the cold, or during a storm since it can lead to frostbite or other injuries. When the individual knows when to say enough and know how to plan accordingly it should be a world of enjoyment to the outside and be safe.
